Amit is a Chartered Engineer, a member of the IET and has been a senior Engineer at Firstco since November 2004.
He is currently working within the BAA Eastern Campus Project Team at Heathrow where is managing the delivery of an In Building Distributed Antenna System to provide enhanced Cellular and Private Mobile Radio communications throughout the new T2A terminal and surrounding areas.
In general, Amit has multifunctional responsibilities where he combines the roles of Project engineering and management to Sales Support, Business Development and Marketing.
Amit continues to support the Heathrow Express Radio system, has supported the design of the GSM-R upgrade and delivered the GRIP 4 radio designs for the Crossrail Central Section.
Prior to Firstco, Amit worked as a system design engineer for Network Rail and major Telcos and has a MSc in Telecommunications.
