
Graham Lodge joined Firstco from BAA in January 2009. He has an Honours degree in Computer Science and is an Airport Operational professional with more than 25 years experience in airport systems' projects; their interaction with operations; development of requirements; in-depth understanding of security systems; maintenance and technical leadership. He demonstrates good organisational skills; excellent relationship skills at an individual, team, department, and 3rd party level.
His recent long term experience is in Airport Projects, from feasibility all the way through to operations for £100M of airport systems. His final role at BAA was Systems Operational Integration which involved bringing together Heathrow airport's commissioned systems into useable and maintainable operational systems as part of an Integration Team. He is continuing work in the Airport sector on a Major Airport Project of a replacement 20million passengers per annum (MPPA) Terminal building as Design Manager and Technical Assurance Lead for the Information and Control Systems.
Graham has proven his capability for developing strategies that enable high value systems projects to become operational, turning the projects from a delivery focus into an operational function across 900 Airport Operational Processes. His role at Firstco is to provide leadership in client projects in the airport sector and to help develop the Company's presence in the market. Graham is married with a young family and is actively involved in helping people in his local community.
