Martin Parris

Martin is an innovative, lateral thinking manager, who takes a holistic approach to project delivery. He is a natural leader, with experience of managing staff and budgets and communicating to board level, within major blue chip organisations.

Martin has the ability to work at a strategic level whilst maintaining a level of detail required to ensure successful delivery. He is capable of communicating complex technical issues in plain English and has held key interface roles working between the IT, construction and operational businesses on major infrastructure projects. These have included Heathrow Terminal 5, Heathrow East Terminal, CLK Hong Kong Airport, Dubai International Airport, Heathrow Express rail and the Millennium Dome.

From a design background, Martin excels in implementing and managing systems designs within large complex programmes.
