Firstco provides the cure!

Firstco were recently approached by Starkstrom Ltd, a leading UK manufacturer and supplier of advanced healthcare equipment, specialising in state-of-the-art medical operating theatres and critical care areas.
With important deadlines pending, Starkstrom needed some specialist technical assistance with third party equipment controlled by its eTCPs (Electronic Theatre Control Panels), which had been installed in ten brand new operating theatres at a major new PFI hospital.
Firstco attended the site with Starkstrom, resolving the technical issues and meeting the project deadline. Andy King, Starkstrom's Technical Director, was delighted with Firstco's response: "Thanks so much to the Firstco team - working together we got everything up and running quickly and efficiently."
After some detailed analysis of the software and hardware, Firstco identified the issue and resolved it to the client's satisfaction.
Since then, Firstco have been helping Starkstrom with communications on several other operating theatre projects. The collaboration continues to go from strength to strength.
