Firstco Mauritius wins project to supply consultancy services for Emirates

Emirates Mauritius engaged Wavetec (Pty) Ltd to supply an electronic queuing system.
Firstco were then appointed by Wavetec (Pty) Ltd, to supervise installation and assist in commissioning.
Once commissioning was completed and demonstrated to Emirates Mauritius total satisfaction, Firstco were appointed system maintainer.
The system itself can monitor the performance of counter staff and consists of pre-recorded voice announcements which advise the next customer which counter to go to. Also plasma screens display the current ticket number and which counter the next customer should to go to.
Firstco look forward to working alongside Wavetec and Emirates Mauritius.
