Firstco work with the client, the architects and civils, structures and M&E engineers to produce a concept design and options.
Firstco develop the design options and explore best practice technologies and solutions to provide indicative layout drawings, basis of design and bill of materials.
Firstco engineers develop scheme designs to full production design for some systems and manage the design process and specialist suppliers, for the other systems.
Firstco provide experienced systems project managers to ensure that the various specialists are mobilised at the right time and are focus on the overall construction programme.
However the delivery is packaged and procured, Firstco work throughout to ensure that the interfaces and interdependencies remain focused on integrated delivery into operation.
Firstco install some of the systems; for others we coordinate the physical installation with the architectural and services fit-out.

Firstco define test plans for all stages of testing. For factory acceptance, off-site and on-site testing Firstco engineers witness and manage a gateway approval process.
Once installed and tested, Firstco manage the systems commissioning programme on a system by system or area by area basis.

As a project hands-over to operations, Firstco support the transition and training of staff. We then continue to support the operation, often managing future upgrades and enhancements.
Firstco have a 24/7 support and maintenance team, on call to conduct critical maintenance activities with the minimum of disruption to the business.
