Today is Earth Day 🌎

In the past two years, we’ve been doing some work to reduce our company’s carbon footprint and we’re now committed to achieving net-zero emissions by 2050 which is in line with GOV.UK.

We recently calculated the numbers for last year and found out our carbon footprint from purchased energy has gone down by a staggering 68% and 41% down on our purchased goods compared to 2020!

Some of the simplest things we’ve done in the office are:

 • Switching off lights overnight
 • Switching off PCs/Monitors overnight
 • Switching off air-conditioning/heating when not needed
 • Using the recycling bins
 • Checking our inventory before ordering any new equipment
 • Using different modes of transport
